LIMAY BATAAN, Philippines – The wedding of Jinky Rizaldo Garcia and Gregory Alan Sawyer was held on Aug. 5 at Limay Bataan in the Philippines.
Mrs. Sawyer is the daughter of Jaime A. Garcia and Mapalda Rizaldo of Limay Bataan, Philippines. Mr. Sawyer is the son of Jeff and Sandra Sawyer of Leeds and Carol Sawyer and Brian Marshall of Poland.
The bride wore a white off-the-shoulder gown and carried a bouquet of white roses. Ring bearer was Gemma Garcia, sister.
A reception followed at the family home on Manila Bay. The couple spent their honeymoon in the Philippines and they are currently residing at Fort Carson, Colo.
The bride is a high school graduate and attended nursing school. Prior to her marriage, she was employed at the Bataan Health Center.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Edward Little High School and is serving with the U.S. Army, stationed at Fort Bragg, N.C.
