1955 – 2014

LEWISTON — Amy L. (Chase) Ouellette, 58, of Lewiston, died Tuesday, Sept. 16, at Central Maine Medical Center after a long illness, with her family by her side. She was the longtime companion of Jeffrey W. Fisher.

Amy was born in Lewiston on Dec. 17, 1955, a daughter of the late Whalen and Melba Chase. She grew up in New Gloucester, attending local schools.

Besides her partner of 32 years, Jeffrey, she is survived by her three children, Jeffrey W. Ouellette and his girlfriend, Michelle Tripp, of Standish, Christine Ouellette of Auburn and Shawn Ouellette of Randolph. She also leaves three grandchildren Evan, Brendon and Ayla; her brothers, Buddy Chase of New Gloucester and Rusty Chase and his wife, Helen, of Texas; and her sisters, Sharon Plummer of Gray, Bonnie Whyte and her husband, Glen, of Bowen, Dolly Robinson of Texas and Ellia Thurlow of New Gloucester; as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.
