WEST PARIS – The wedding of Rebecca Truth Abbott and Devon Scott Richards was held on June 18 at the Mission Congregational Church in West Paris. Pastor Linda Kimball officiated at the ceremony. Mary Standard of Sumner, was pianist.
Mrs. Richards is the daughter of Rodney and Lois Abbott of West Paris. Mr. Richards is the son of Raymond and Dorothy Richards of West Sumner.
The matron of honor was Laurie Fiorentino, sister of the bride, and best man was Cameron Richards, brother of the bridegroom.
Maid of honor was Rachael Abbott, twin sister of the bride, and bridesmaids were Kerinda Kennison and Christina Robitaille, friends of the bride. Flower girl was Olivia Fiorentino, niece of the bride.
Groomsmen were Eugene Lucas Jr., James Richardson and John Bachelder, friends of the bridegroom. Ring bearer was David Abbott, son of the bride.
A reception followed at the American Legion Hall in Locke Mills, for a buffet supper, followed by the cutting and serving of the three-tier wedding cake. Dancing followed, after which the couple left on their honeymoon.
