GARDINER – The wedding of Tara Lynn Tracy and Brian S. Chamberlin was held recently at 1 p.m. on Christ Church in Gardiner. Bruce Alexander officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Chamberlin is the daughter of Timothy and Terry Tracy of Litchfield. Mr. Chamberlin is the son of Scott and Pam Chamberlin of Windham.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a gown of white satin with butterflies and flowers embroidered along the bottom and a chapel length train. She carried a colonial bouquet of red roses accented with white spray roses.

Shelby Raiser, college friend, was the bride’s honor attendant and bridesmaids were Anne Allen and Angela Johnson, friends and co-workers of the bride, and Sam Jenkins, Donna Farris and Heidi Roy, friends. Ashley Weeks, friend of the family, was flower girl.

Jon Audet, college friend of the bridegroom, served as best man and ushers were Mike Choate, friend, Kevin Chamberlin, brother of the bridegroom, Jason Farris and Dave Groder, friends and co-workers of the bridegroom, and Todd Tracy, brother of the bride. Casey Irish, cousin and godson of the bridegroom, was junior usher and Aidan Tracy, nephew of the bride, was ring bearer.

A reception followed at Wauus Camp in Jefferson. The couple is residing in Augusta.

The bride is a 1994 graduate of Oak Hill High School and a 1998 graduate of Hartwick College with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is employed as an emergency room nurse at Maine General Medical Center in Augusta.

The bridegroom is a 1995 graduate of Windham High School and a 1999 graduate of Unity College with a bachelor’s degree in law enforcement. He is employed as a firefighter/paramedic with the Augusta Fire Department.
