LISBON FALLS— Children can show off their non-scary costumes at the annual Halloween Harvest Festival from 3 to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25, at the MTM Center, 18 School St.
Free activities include a family pumpkin carving contest with cash prizes and a pie eating contest. Rain date is Sunday, Oct. 26.
“Lisbon is continuing to offer some wonderful events for our community and this Halloween-themed Harvest Festival is a great way to support the nonprofit groups in our area,” said Sharon Zylla, secretary of Positive Change Lisbon, the coordinator of the event.
There will be plenty of children’s activities, such as a kid-friendly haunted house, cookie decorating, bounce house, cake walk, a super raffle, Rock Band, karaoke, pumpkin bowling and many other activities run by Lisbon nonprofits.
