1931 – 2014

AUBURN — Annette M. Ouellette, 83, a resident of Auburn and formerly of Rumford, died Friday, Oct. 31, at the Hospice House, with her daughters by her side.

She was born in Chisholm on July 8, 1931, a daughter of Andrea and Alma (Fournier) Jolicoeur. She was educated in Jay schools.

On Nov. 23, 1953, Annette married her beloved husband, Raymond Ouellette. She was a loving wife, mother, memere and friend. She was a very giving person, always willing to lend a helping hand.

Annette worked for many years as a teacher’s assistant at Rumford Center Elementary School and later as secretary to the Rumford schools superintendent. After retiring, she volunteered at Rumford Community Hospital.

Annette cherished the time she spent with her family. She took great pride in the academic, athletic and personal achievements of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed traveling with family and friends, family gatherings, skiing, weekly “club” with her friends and helping others.
