LEWISTON — A Mass of Christian Burial celebrating the life of the Rev. Paul Pare was held Thursday, Nov. 6, at Holy Cross Church. The Most Rev. Robert Deeley, Bishop of Portland, celebrated the Mass and recited committal prayers at St. Peter’s Cemetery.

The first and second readings were read by Christine Mumau and the offertory gifts were brought to the alter by Marguerite Roy and Nancy Pare. The Rev. Frank Morin delivered the homily and a eulogy was presented by Daniel Roy.

Pallbearers were James Pare, Francis Roy, Antony Pare, Jackie Tribou, Michelle Roy and Dominic Roy. All in attendance were invited to a reception of fellowship at Marco’s Restaurant. Arrangements were by Pinette Dillingham & Lynch Funeral Home.
