Captive Elements’ springtime art show will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 19, at Holly’s Own Deli and Restaurant, 33 Court St., Auburn. Featured will be more than 30 works by newcomers Jon Cain and Sarah Vorisek, whose piece titled “Duplicity” is shown above. Also, Vin Myrand, Sam Grant, Jeanelle Demers and Jason Landry. Local musician Mike Krapovicky will provide music. Holly’s bar will be open and free hors d’oeurves served. The USM Leadership Program will host a silent auction as part of its fundraising campaign for a trip to Costa Rica. The gallery will donate three pieces as a raffle for USM Leadership.
