Thursday, Oct. 30, is jazz night at Holly’s Own Deli & Wine Bar. Featured will be local musicians Tim Clough on stand-up bass, Tom Schipper on drums and John Smedley on guitar. Calling themselves the 3 Point Trio, the band plays jazz standards and improvises its music as the evening and audience dictate. Performing Friday, Oct. 31, at a Halloween party will be Vegetables by Day, a trio that plays modern and classic rock. Saturday, Nov. 1, Jan Mayes, solo guitarist/singer/songwriter, will perform.
