WEST PARIS — Virginia “Ginny” E. Mason, 85, died Thursday, Jan. 8.

She was born in Oxford on Oct. 27, 1929, a daughter of Bernal and Maybelle (Appleby) Thurlow.

Surviving are four children, Donald Mason Jr., Rosanne Carruthers, Steven Mason and Kalvin Mason; four grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
