BOSTON, Mass. — Cheryl A. (Beaucage) Bushey, 58, of Weymouth, Mass., formerly of Portsmouth, R.I., died on Monday, Jan. 19, at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Mass. She was the wife of Richard L. Bushey.

Born in Springfield, Mass., on March 18, 1956, she was the daughter of Madeline (Goding) Beaucage of Portsmouth, R.I. and the late Robert A. Beaucage. Cheryl was a 1974 graduate of Portsmouth High School and received her bachelor’s degree in sociology from the former Southern Massachusetts University, now UMass Dartmouth, in 1979.

She enjoyed reading, gardening and animals.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by her brother, Dr. Gregory Beaucage and his wife, Jean Holsinger, of Cincinnati, Ohio; and her nieces and nephew, Maria Beaucage, Catherine Beaucage and Peter Beaucage.

She was the sister of the late CWO Ronald Beaucage, formerly of Fort Sill, Okla.
