Love your neighbor as you would yourself

To the Editor:

Some people would be more comfortable with Maine’s Religious Freedom Act (LD 1340).

According to the New Testament, Jesus Christ says nothing about GLBT or sexual orientation.

It can be very difficult, and maybe sometimes uncomfortable, to follow what Jesus Christ says is the most important law in the Bible, which is to love God and love our neighbors as we love ourselves.

No qualification. No exclusion.
