PORTLAND (AP) — A Maine man has pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute at least 28 grams of crack cocaine.
The U.S Attorney’s Office says 34-year-old Marco Gordon, of Portland and Detroit, entered the plea on Tuesday.
Court records show that Gordon helped others distribute drugs from December 2013 to January 2015.
He was arrested in January and police say they seized 183.6 grams of crack cocaine and more than $3,400 in cash. Police say he sold the drugs in the Portland area.
Gordon is facing five to 40 years in prison. He will be sentenced after a pre-sentence investigation by the U.S. Probation Office.
