On June 10, the Crockett family joined The Jesus Party in Lewiston for an event for teens and adults. Alexus Crockett, a 17-year-old and a junior at Lewiston High School, gave an oral presentation of an English assignment that elaborated on a controversial subject. Crockett chose creationism as the topic and was given the opportunity to share it with the youth of The Jesus Party. Any young adults in the community who would like to share a talent with their peers may contact the directors, Doug and Sonia Taylor, at 786-5568. The Crockett family pictured from left includes Alexus Crockett, and parents Diane and Daniel Crockett.
