The Nikki Hunt Band will perform at the Franco Center at 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6. Doors will open at 7:30 p.m. The final concert in the center’s “Three Thursdays in Summer Series,” The Nikki Hunt Band will provide a fun and entertaining mix of classic rock, ’80s and ’90s music and covers of more recent hits. The group is a pop/rock band, covering artists such as: Sheryl Crow, Joan Jett, Bruce Springsteen, Sublime, No Doubt, The Doors and U2. The night will also include a colorful hula-hoop act, performed by Hunt herself. The band consists of Hunt on lead vocals, Brian Smalley on guitar and vocals, Sonny True on bass and vocals and Jeff Glidden on drums. Admission is $5 at the door.
