Beyonce and her mother, Tina Knowles, are being sued for $1.5 million by Greg Walker, a former business partner who says he was never paid for landing a $15 million manufacturing deal for the duo’s House of Dereon clothing line. Filed this week in New York State Supreme Court, the breach-of-contract suit claims Walker has received only $25,000. Reps for House of Dereon declined to comment.
FARRELL’S CLOSE CALL
Former phone-sex operator Dessarae Bradford ran out of the audience onto the “Tonight Show” stage during taping Thursday to whisper into movie star Colin Farrell’s ear, E! Online says. Farrell grabbed her elbow and escorted her to NBC rent-a-cops, then came back to his seat, telling Jay Leno, “My first stalker.”
Bradford tried suing Farrell for $5,000 last April, claiming that the actor was stalking her. In her self-published book, “Colin Farrell: A Dark Twisted Puppy,” she claims to have had torrid relations with the star.
NBC excised the incident from its broadcast.
