PARIS – The Sebago-Long Lake Music Festival is throwing 250th birthday parties for Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in Paris and Harrison.

The festival will be celebrating with stories of his childhood and selections of his music for strings, clarinet and keyboard.

Special young guests, Cara and Edward Pogossian, playing violin and cello, will entertain the audience.

Festival performers are clarinetist Carmelo Galante, violinists Movses Pogossian, Varty Manouelian and Paul Wolfe, violist Laurie Kennedy, and cellist Eliot Bailen.

Concerts will be at 1 p.m. Monday, July 24, held at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School, with tickets $2/$4 at the door; and at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, at Deertrees Theatre, with tickets $4/$5 at the door.
