LEWISTON — Community Concepts Finance Corp. announces that Zachary Maher has been promoted to vice president of lending.

Maher will focus on expanding residential lending activities and related services to coincide with the recent growth realized within business service lines.

For the past two years, he has been a loan officer specializing in business lending and related services. During that time, Community Concepts Finance Corp. was twice recognized as the Top Performing Microlender in Maine by the U.S. Small Business Administration and achieved a 150 percent increase in overall business lending activity.

Maher, a lifelong resident of Poland, lives there with his wife and two daughters.
