1982 – 2015

LEWISTON — Dana Michael Cote, 32, of Lewiston passed away unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, Nov. 1.

He was born in Lewiston on Nov. 19, 1982, the son of Raymond Cote and Lisa Cady Jordan. Dana graduated from Edward Little High School in 2001 and entered into the U.S. Army, proudly serving his country in the Iraq War. During his service, he received several military service medals, citations and ribbons.

Dana was a very talented musician playing in several bands, but most recently Mouth Washington. He was a loving and devoted father to his daughter, Callia, and had an incredible sense of humor always being able to make people laugh and smile.

He is survived by his daughter, Callia Cote-Wood; his partner, Ashley Wood of Lewiston; his mother, Lisa A. Jordan and his stepfather, Roy Jordan, of Sabattus; father, Ray M. Cote and stepmother, Peggy Cote, of Auburn; brothers, Branden Cote and Nicholas Beaulieu of Sabattus; sister, Leah Cote of Lewiston; paternal grandmother, Jeanne Cote of Auburn; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
