LEWISTON — Students in Lewiston Adult Education’s College Transition Program celebrated the completion of classes Dec. 10.
The festivities included a graduate panel of previous graduates of the program who spoke about their first year of college.
Jim Bradley was the guest speaker. He is student services coordinator at University College in South Paris, which is part of the University of Maine System.
The College Transition Program is held at the B Street Community Center on Birch Street in Lewiston. The program helps students prepare for and succeed in college by improving their reading and math skills. It also helps students navigate the application and financial aid processes.
