LEWISTON — Berman & Simmons was recently ranked a Tier 1 law firm for its core practice areas, in rankings developed by the publications U.S. News and Best Lawyers. Tier 1 is the highest level possible.

The annual rankings are based on client and lawyer evaluations, peer reviews and other criteria for more than 12,000 law firms nationwide.

Berman & Simmons received Tier 1 rankings in commercial litigation, medical malpractice law for plaintiffs, and personal injury litigation for plaintiffs.
