FARMINGTON — The United Way of the Tri-Valley Area is seeking nominations for the Gary A. LaGrange Community Impact Award.

The United Way invites nominations of an individual, couple, business or organization that has made a significant impact in the community in the past year.

Nominations are due by Wednesday, Feb. 10. Forms can be found at uwtva.org or at the United Way office, 232 Broadway. E-mail nomination(s) to [email protected].

Eligibility requirements include:

Nominees strive to improve the lives of Greater Franklin County residents. That includes businesses, organizations, or individuals or couples that serve or reside in Franklin County, Livermore or Livermore Falls. They consistently go above and beyond to make a difference in the community and, through their signature efforts, they stand out.

The award, along with a donation to the organization of their choice, will be presented at the United Way annual meeting on Wednesday, March 23.
