POLAND — Grace Arlene Chaput Fulcher, 83, a resident of 4 Dale St., Poland, passed peacefully at home surrounded by many family members on Wednesday, March 9, at 12:26 p.m., due to cancer.
Grace was the daughter of Marcia and Armand Chaput and was born on May 15, 1932, in Lewiston. Grace was a member of the Poland Community Church.
In spite of all of the trials and tribulations suffered in her life, Grace found love and joy in her heart caring for others and her pet cat, Faith. Her greatest passion was her family.
Grace enjoyed dining out, long drives and coffee on the porch at Fairlawn Golf Club. Grace was loved and will be missed by many.
Survivors include seven of nine children, Susan Fantasia of Vero Beach, Fla., William Rogers, David and wife, Cathy Rogers, LouAnne Porrini, Sandra and husband, William Miller, all of Bristol, Conn., Paul Fregeau of Terryville, Conn., and Danny Combs of Poland; and a sister, Claire Bragg of Acton. Also surviving are 15 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren; as well as her extended family, David, Steven, and Mike Bartasius and Freddy and Linda Aberle, who all had a special place in Grace’s heart.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Fulcher; and her two sons, Michael Rogers and Philip Fregeau-Flyte.
