BETHEL — School Administrative District 44 Continuing Education has announced three upcoming course offerings.

Dream Visions: Thursday, May 19, 6 to 8 p.m., Room 133, Telstar High School. Tanya Quarterman will teach participants how to recall their dreams, record them properly, and begin creating a better reality for themselves from the information gathered on the “real side.” Cost is $25.

Past Life Regression: Thursday, May 26, 6 to 9 p.m., Room 133, Telstar High School. Tanya Quarterman will use hypnotic techniques to create a relaxed trance state. Participants are then guided on a journey through time and space. Those attending are encouraged to come with an open mind. Cost is $60.

Living Gluten Free Cooking Workshop: Saturday, June 4, 10 a.m. to noon at Dunham Farm, 29 Dunham Road, Greenwood. Suzanne Dunham will teach participants to bake with alternative flours, such as coconut flour and almond flour, and make gluten-free tortillas that are egg and dairy free. Dunham and her husband have been giving seminars and workshops on how to live gluten free for over 10 years. Cost is $15.
