Friday, May 13, Dana Gross will be performing at Guthries, 115 Middle St., Lewiston. D.Gross has been performing around the East Coast for more than a decade. Part of the ‘cosmic americana’ outfit Los Federales for many years, D.Gross began a solo career in 2007. Drawing on the wealth of music stored in the hills of Appalachia and the Mississippi Delta, and based out of Portland, D. Gross creates lyrical songs rich in earth imagery, heart and struggle.
