RANGELEY — Maine Forestry Museum will hold its annual meeting at 4 p.m. Monday, June 27, at the museum, 221 Stratton Road.

2016 directors and officers will be elected.

Ballots have been mailed and emailed to museum members, and members should cast votes and mail the ballot to the Maine Forestry Museum, P.O. Box 154, Rangeley, ME 04970. Completed ballots must be received by the USPS no later than 5 p.m. Friday, June 24.

Ballots must be signed by the paid member in order for the ballot submission to count. A family membership of $30 equals two ballot votes. A single membership of $15 equals one ballot vote.

In accordance with the by-laws, the board may have up to 14 directors. From the individuals elected, one will be elected to serve as vice president by the newly elected board of directors. Write-in candidates who are willing to serve are also accepted. 

The newly finished basement will be showcased, which local contractors donated their time to complete. Light snacks and beverages will be provided. The public is invited to attend.
