1. Marigolds planted between each garden plant keeps bugs away.

2. Take one bucket of boiling water with one quarter cup of ammonia mixed in and pour it down ant hill holes to kill an ant colony.

3. D.C. Jarvis, M.D., used granite dust in his prized flower bed to get rid of plant-eating mites.

4. Rock-salt brine with water poured around pesky plants, invasive vines, or poison ivy will kill the plants.

5. A cheap can of beer with a teaspoon of baby shampoo mixed in a gallon of water kills bugs, I heard. Spray on infested plants.

Now that the Delorme company has been bought out, their store is no longer open, including their online store.
