BETHEL — Graveside services for Cheryl “Cherry” Ann Douglass, of Woburn, Mass., formerly of Bethel, were conducted Saturday, Aug. 6, at 11 a.m., at the Riverside Cemetery, North Road, Bethel, with the Rev. Timothy LeConey officiating.

Music selections included “Amazing Grace” and “Sweet Caroline.”  Scripture readings included Psalm 23 by Porter A. Weeks and John 13:2b-17 by Ella G. Kellogg. Words of remembrance were given by brother-in-law, Peter Weeks, who read the eulogy written by her sister, Barbara Weeks. A poem was also read by Brooke W. Rapp with her daughters, Lauren and Olivia. Committal services were conducted by the Rev. Timothy LeConey.

Military honors were presented by the U. S. Air Force who provided “taps” and flag presentation. A reception followed at the home of a close friend Karen Brown on Main Street, Bethel.

Arrangements were under the care of the Meader & Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin St., Rumford.
