AUBURN – Mechanics Savings Bank recently named Kirk Egge as assistant vice president/information technology. Egge administers and maintains Mechanics Savings Bank’s network infrastructure.

Egge joined Mechanics Savings Bank in August 2008 as an information technology manager. Prior to that, he owned and operated Data Management Solutions in Richmond, Va., where he managed a team of technical professionals in developing network infrastructures.

He holds a bachelor of arts degree in biochemistry and molecular biology, and a master of science in public health. He lives in Auburn with his wife and their two children.
