LEWISTON – Maryann Lanzieri and Frank Whittier, lighting consultants at Lighting Concepts, 1033 Sabattus St., have received the national certification of certified lighting specialist from the American Lighting Association.

Both participated in a 12-week training program developed by ALA and offered by Lighting Concepts to its employees. The program covers all aspects of residential lighting, from design to product specification. At the conclusion of the training program, participants are eligible to take the ALA exam for certification as a lighting specialist.
