1955 – 2016

WATERBURY, Conn. —  Cathryn Lucienne (Arquette) Morris, 61, of Waterbury, Conn., passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Oct. 10, at St. Mary’s Hospital.

She was the wife of Swanie E. Morris.

Cathryn was born in Belfast on Sept. 7, 1955, a daughter of the late Gerald and Lucienne (Collins) Arquette. She was retired after working as a unit scheduler at the Southbury Training School for 28 years. She loved animals, sunbathing and sci-fi movies but, most of all, spending time with her family and attending her children’s and grandchildren’s sporting events.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Jason Kennedy and his wife, Francine, of Bronx. N.Y.; daughters, Kristen Blondin of Gardiner, Kesha Kennedy of Queens, N.Y., Kayla Kennedy and her fiancé, Evan Swain Sr., of Waterbury, Conn., Kyara Morris of Waterbury, Conn.; stepdaughters, Alesha, Shavonne and Tiana; a brother, Ronald Arquette of Lewiston; 17 grandchildren, Brianna, Kacie, Jason, Kailyn, Justin, Markel, Mahki, Jaron, Malachi, Arielle, Mason, Makayla, Aaliyah, Kaylin, Gerry, Jon and Aubrey; and three nephews.
