NEW VINEYARD – The ownership of Maine Wood Turning Inc. and American Pride LLC, announces the formation of a new parent company, Maine Wood Concepts, developed to better reflect the company’s expanding capabilities and a commitment to manufacturing quality wood products.

The company will market its list of divisions and brands under the new Maine Wood Concepts name. Included on the list are the company’s sawmill, woodturning, moulding and finishing divisions, American Price and Maine Wood Turning. Also included is the Lutz File & Tool Co., which offers wooden file handles and file cleaners. Also included is the company’s flooring division, which produces unfinished hardwood flooring sold under the brand name Nature’s Cut.

The company has also introduced a new Web site, www.mainewoodconcepts.com.
