PORTLAND – The Maine chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute will meet for dinner and a program on The Regulatory Challenges Faced in an Urban Redevelopment Project from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., May 6, in the university events room of the Glickman Family Library, on the campus of the University of Southern Maine in Portland.
