FARMINGTON — County Seat Realty, 186 Main St., Farmington, welcomes a new sales associate, Gia Charles.

Charles recently graduated from the University of Maine at Farmington cum laude with a degree in English and a minor in international and global studies. With a wealth of knowledge about communication and the world around us, she turned her focus to the process of buying and selling homes in the Western Maine region.

She grew up in Bath but she and her husband decided to settle in Farmington after graduation. They own a multifamily property locally. She has also spent time serving families at the Homestead Bakery and part time fixing drinks at Tuck’s Ale House.
