LEWISTON — All Certified Nursing Assistant students finished their classroom studies and passed their exam on Dec. 14 at Lewiston Adult Education.
They are now preparing for their clinical work in January.
It will begin Monday, Jan. 9, at Central Maine Medical Center with Terri Cyr, RN, BSN, and the following week at Clover Health Care with Gloria Barker, RN, BSN.
Students started their 19-week class in September. Along with learning basic anatomy and nursing theory, students heard some of the experiences of Barker and Cyr.
The students are Courtney Coulombe, Vanuza Mateus, Diraneh Mahamoud Ismail, Angela Cummings and Meranda Delnegro.
