WILTON – Health care services provider Care & Comfort has moved to Suite 390 on the third floor of the former Bass Shoe factory and has added new services.

The company originally renovated a small office suite on the first floor of the former factory and opened with one full-time mental health therapist. Then, two months ago, Care & Comfort consolidated its Mental Health (Wilton) and Home Health (Farmington) divisions and moved to a renovated suite on the third floor.

Care & Comfort’s Mental Health Division employs seven licensed therapists that provide outpatient therapy and in-home family focused treatment; Corey Walmer, LCSW, Melissa Catlin, LCSW, Stuart Beddie, LCPC, Marilyn MacKay, LCSW, Steve Brod, LCSW, Dotty Carini, LCPC-C and Matthew Deming, LCSW.

Care & Comfort’s Home Health Division is directed by Nancy Ward, RN, BSN and supported by Carol Davis, Julie Knapps, Lisa Savage and Maryann Kinney.

Home Modification Specialists of Maine, a new division of Care & Comfort, was established to meet the growing needs of individuals that require home modifications to remain independent and comfortable within their own home.

An open house will be held on Sept. 20 from 4 to 7 p.m.
