1939 – 2017

LEWISTON — Janice M. Baxter, 77, a resident of North Turner, passed away Monday, Jan. 16, at Central Maine Medical Center, following a long, courageous battle with cancer.

She was born in Lewiston on May 13, 1939, the daughter of Robert and Elizabeth (McIntosh) Tuttle.

Survivors include one son, Travis Mason of Beach Island, S.C.; two daughters, Brenda Bova and companion, Rick Cobb, of North Monmouth, Cindy Hiltz and husband, Clayton, of Jay; one sister, Jayne LePage of Sabattus; two grandchildren, Kristopher Hiltz and Stacey Feyler; as well several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by one sister, Gale Coulson, and one son-in-law, Dane Bova.
