PORTLAND – Spinnaker Trust in Portland announces the election of Felicia A. Garant to assistant vice president.

A native of Lewiston, she is a graduate of Bates College and holds a master of science in business degree from Husson College.

With more than 15 years of experience, Garant works with clients on all aspects of trust administration and trust income tax issues. She lives in Cumberland.
