SOUTH PORTLAND – Sandra L. Hubbard has been promoted to vice president at TD Banknorth Insurance Agency Inc. in South Portland. She will continue to oversee the service personnel in commercial lines, small business and professional who serve customers throughout the Northern New England region.

Hubbard joined TD Banknorth in 2004 and has 20 years of insurance experience. She is a member of the National Alliance.

A Poland resident, Hubbard is originally from Gorham, where she graduated from Gorham High School in 1985.
