AUBURN – Ashley Hayes of Peru has been appointed to the faculty of the computer technology department at Central Maine Community College.

She brings with her 15 years of experience in computer technology and education. Most recently, she was technology coordinator for SAD 52 in Turner, where she worked with faculty, as well as providing technical support to the district. She has also taught at Andover College for five years.

At CMCC, she will teach programming and networking to students enrolled in the department, of which there are more than 100.

Hayes holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Southern Maine and a master’s degree in technology education from Thomas College.
