FARMINGTON – Marty Pike has joined Coldwell Banker Sandy River Realty on routes 2 and 4 as a real estate sales agent.

He will offer a full range of agency services for buyers and sellers. He also is a licensed modular-home dealer.

Prior to joining Sandy River Realty, Pike owned and operated K&J Apparel and Footwear in downtown Farmington for 25 years. He is a member of the Farmington Rotary Club and the Farmington Downtown Business Association.

A Farmington native, Pike resides here with his wife, Cheryl. They have two grown children, Kristi and Joshua.
