LEWISTON – Brendan Bernard has been hired as a cabinetmaker at McIntosh & Tuttle Cabinetmakers cabinetry and furniture shop at 41 Chestnut St.

Bernard brings five years of woodworking expertise including an extensive carpentry background. As a cabinetmaker, his responsibilities include building cabinetry from start to finish. Prior to this position, Bernard worked as a chef at the Harraseeket Inn in Freeport.

His background as a professional chef has given McIntosh & Tuttle a fresh perspective on practical kitchen design, according to Todd McIntosh, part-owner.

Bernard resides in Lewiston and is shopping for a new home. In his leisure time, he enjoys practicing martial arts and has earned a black belt in mixed martial arts.
