LEWISTON – Kimberly Allen has joined the optometry practice of DeRosa and Chamberland Eyecare. Allen earned her doctorate in optometry from New England College of Optometry in Boston where she was a member of the Beta Signa Kappa Honor Society.

Allen completed a residency at Kittery Optometric Associates where she specialized in ocular disease such as glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy. She is a participant of an innovative national program called InfantSEE which provides free eye exams to children six to 12 months old. Allen is a member of both the Maine Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
