Lewiston – Wing Sing Restaurant, a new Chinese food eatery, has opened at 519 Sabattus St. It is located in the former Pizza Hut building, near the intersection of Sabattus and Russell streets.

Owner of Wing Sing, David Chan, has been cooking and serving Chinese food in the area for 15 years. He is the former owner of the Lucky Star Chinese Restaurant in Auburn, which he sold a year ago.

Wing Sing, a 30-seat restaurant, offers both eat-in and takeout service. It offers a wide variety of popular Cantonese, Szechwan and Peking dishes. For those in your dining party who may prefer something different, Wing Sing also offers American dishes. In addition to regular menu items, Wing Sing also offers party platters and lunch and dinner buffets. Meal prices start at $5.
