AUBURN – Homeowners Assistance Corp. has awarded its highest honor, the Diamond Club Award, to Debbie Bodwell, a loan officer in the company’s Auburn office.

She received the honor in recognition of the high volume of loans she closed during 2003.

It was the second consecutive year she has received the award.

Bodwell joined the company in 1989.

The Auburn resident has two children serving in the military – a daughter, Amy, in the U.S. Marines, and a son, William, in the U.S. Air Force.

Homeowners, serving customers in Maine and New Hampshire since 1988, is a full-service independent mortgage company with expertise in a wide range of government and private home financing options.

The company maintains offices in Auburn and Nashua, N.H., in addition to its headquarters located in South Portland.
