FAYETTE – Harry Dwyer of Fayette has received certification as a master logger by the master logger certification program. This is an independent recognition program for superior management practices in the harvesting of trees. Loggers must demonstrate skill in meeting the goals of the program such as protecting water quality and soil productivity, supporting forest ecosystems and managing forest aesthetics.

Dwyer has 24 years experience in timber harvesting. He is also a licensed professional forester and certified logging professional.

He owns Ghost Dancer Forestry, a full-service forestry and logging company that also offers forest management plans, timber appraisal and wildlife habitat management.
