AUGUSTA – Androscoggin Home Care & Hospice is the winner of the 2003 Margaret Chase Smith Maine State Quality Award for Level II, Progress. This recognition is given to applicants that are making significant progress in developing clear plans, building sound processes and achieving measurable results.
