BOSTON – Christopher R. Begin has joined Constellation NewEnergy’s Maine office as a business development manager.

Begin, of Farmington, was most recently a key account manager for Central Maine Power Co., where he has received the Top Performer Award five times. Prior to this, he served as a customer services adviser and business manager at Central Maine Power.

“Chris has a remarkable depth of understanding in the energy industry – at all levels – and a proven track record,” said Michael Kagan, vice president of Constellation NewEnergy, New England region.

Begin will work with Maine businesses interested in purchasing renewable power.
