AUBURN – Sonja Christiansen, chief executive officer of Healing Focus, has expanded her company and services into the national complementary health care market with a book.

Healing Focus offers self-help training in family massage therapy, meditation, Reiki energy work, The Focused Healing method of hands-on-healing and stress management.

The first book in the Focused Healing series, “Clear Vision,” was released in April. Her second book in the series, “Simply Healing,” is expected out in late 2004.
