TOPSHAM – Wright-Pierce, a full-service civil and environmental engineering firm, has added six stockholders, two of whom live in the area.

Christopher Dwinal is a project manager in one of Wright-Pierce’s wastewater practice groups. He is a registered professional engineer in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Maine Wastewater Control Association, the New Hampshire Water Pollution Control Association and Tau Beta Pi. Dwinal received his B.S. in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire. He has completed post-graduate studies at Tufts University and at the University of New Hampshire. He and his family live in Topsham.

Jeffrey Preble is a senior project manager in Wright-Pierce’s civil/infrastructure practice group. He is a registered professional engineer in Maine and New Hampshire. He is a member of the Maine Water Utilities Association and the Maine Rural Water Association. Preble received his B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Maine. He and his family live in Auburn.
